Oh, everything was a laugh with him, you know. He could come up with anything and make it.... But it was--oh, God, it was hard to take, when I found out.... Many times I'm standing there doing some? thing and I look sideways. Honestly, you know, it's maybe a story that we used to fire back and forth or something, and I'm trying to get through it myself by telling it. And I just kinda look sideways, I ex? pect to see him there. I don't think you ever forget, when you've spent that much time with somebody, you know. He was part of the whole deal. Oh, he was so alive. He was big, rugged, and loud voice, you know. And he just kept the thing going. He could just keep you on your toes all the time. You know, it's so hard to understand. He never, like I said, he never had a head? ache in his life. And then, bang, just like that!
