They are generally on the bank ready with their tools at 6 o'clock in the morning, but it may be 7 when they go down. Q. About what time do you come up? A. From half-past 2 until half-past 5 or 6. Q. Will the average be as late as 4 o'clock? A. It will average as late as a quarter past 4. .
