Her husband went to the bam only to find his horse with his head cut off. His wife thought he would punish his sister for killing his horse. He said, "I have plenty of horses. If I need another one, I'll go get one." This didn't suit his wife at all. One year after they were married, she had a baby • b. Uttle boy. When the baby was only three months old, the cutest little baby, she was still so jealous that her husband hugged his sister, that she used the same knife that she used to kill the horse, to cut off her son's head. She once again ran to the door screaming for her husband and her father to come home. She was tearing her hair out • completely beside herself. She had pushed her sister-in-law in a room, thrown the knife in with her and locked the door. When her husband and father arrived, they asked, "What's the matter, what happened?" She replied, "Your sister that you are so fond of, who killed your horse about a year ago, go see in the cradle what she has done now. She has cut off your son's head. I pushed her into her room and locked the door so she can't get out." Her husband went to the cradle. His son had bled to death. He opened the door to the room where his sister was. She got down on her knees and swore that she nev? er touched the knife that killed his horse and his son. He said to her, "Shut up! You did this!" He stuffed her mouth with a handkerchief and ordered, "Get dressed so I can go kill you in the middle of the for? est." She got dressed all in black and brought along her prayer book. When they arrived in the middle of the forest, maybe two hundred feet into the forest, they noticed a river that flowed. He tied his sister to a tree and said, "Now, you have two choices: either I take my gun and kill you instantly or I cut off both your arms and throw them in? to the river." "Well," she said, "if I have my choice, cut off both my arms and throw them into the river. Tie my prayer book W. J. DOOLEY FUNERAL SERVICE LTD. • Peter V. Walsh • Joseph A. Walsh • Daniel P.
